Sport Loop is built for youth sports. That means child safety, privacy, and trust aren't features we added — they're principles we built the platform around from day one.
Youth player profiles are private by default. They are not discoverable by the general public — only coaches and admins within their own club can view their information.
Parents have full visibility and control over their child's account. All sensitive account actions for minors require parental confirmation.
Direct messaging between adults and minors is restricted by design. All communications flow through appropriate channels — team announcements, not private DMs.
Coaches are verified through and accountable to their club. Club admins control who has coaching access — no one can claim to be a coach without club authorization.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use youth data for advertising. We do not share your information with anyone other than the clubs you actively choose to join.
We don't run ads on Sport Loop and we don't use your data to build advertising profiles.
Your information — and your child's information — is never sold to any third party, ever.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We honor all deletion requests within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our security page for technical details.
Youth athlete data is handled with extra care and restrictions above and beyond our standard privacy practices.
If you have a privacy question or concern about your child's data, our team responds to all inquiries within 24 hours.
